The
Spectrum Group first opened for business in the Benelux countries in 2000 from
an office in Belgium, from where customers and distributors in Belgium, the Netherlands
and Luxemburg were introduced to the Spectrum I.S.M.O. business model. The benefits
delivered by Spectrum on behalf of its manufacturing partners in under two years
led to the establishment of a second organisation in the region in August 2003.
